Michael S. Casey

Michael S. Casey is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on insurance defense, including personal injury, property damage and commercial matters.  He has represented numerous national insurance companies and their insureds.  Mr. Casey has significant experience conducting trials and representing clients in arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

Mr. Casey is a respected member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association.

Prior to joining Penino & Moynihan, Ms. Casey was staff counsel for two major carriers for over eight years. He was also in private practice, representing municipalities, individual plaintiffs and defendants.
