Robert C. Keidel

Robert C. Keidel’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, property damage, slip and falls, dog bites, subrogation, and professional liability matters. Mr. Keidel has a demonstrated record of obtaining favorable decisions on summary judgment motions and has extensive experience negotiating settlements on behalf of the Firm’s clients. Mr. Keidel has represented clients and major insurance carriers in alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration. He has successfully defended clients before the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York City Commission on Human Rights and the New York Department of State.

Prior to joining Penino & Moynihan, Mr. Keidel was a law clerk at two well-regarded law firms where he gained experience in insurance defense and nursing home litigation.
