Paige L. Duprey

Paige L. Duprey’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury, diminution of value and property damage matters involving automobile accidents, premises liability and first-party claims.  Ms. Duprey has significant experience conducting numerous jury and bench trials, as well as representing clients in arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

Ms. Duprey is a respected member of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Prior to joining Penino & Moynihan, Ms. Duprey was staff trial attorney and field counsel at two global Fortune 100 insurance companies and handled the defense of personal liability matters.  Ms. Duprey also has experience representing plaintiffs in matters involving bodily injury.
