Richard Beattie

Richard Beattie is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury, diminution of value and property damage matters involving automobile accidents, premises liability and first-party claims.

Prior to joining Penino & Moynihan, Mr. Beattie defended clients against asbestos claims, as well as in areas of general civil litigation.  In addition, Mr. Beattie received an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps Reserve in 1996.
