Jeffrey G. Schwartz

Jeffrey G. Schwartz’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury and property damage matters involving automobile accidents, premises liability and first-party claims.  Mr. Schwartz has significant experience conducting trials and representing clients in arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

Prior to Penino & Moynihan, Mr. Schwartz gained significant insurance defense experience at major defense firms, handling matters involving general liability, automobile, homeowners, pollution, environmental hazards and coverage disputes.    In addition, Mr. Schwartz was staff counsel at a multinational insurance company, handling the defense of cases involving commercial general liability, personal lines matters and municipal liability.
