Jeffrey Schwartz

Jeffrey Schwartz’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury and property damage matters involving automobile accidents, premises liability and first-party claims.  Mr. Schwartz has significant experience conducting trials and representing clients in arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

Prior to Penino & Moynihan, Mr. Schwartz gained significant insurance defense experience at major defense firms, handling matters involving  commercial general liability, personal lines exposure,  municipal liability, environmental hazards and coverage disputes.   Mr. Schwartz was a major case attorney in staff counsel for a multinational insurance company, handling primarily the defense of matters involving commercial general liability, personal lines liability and municipal liability.
