Michael Preato

Michael Preato’s practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury, diminution of value and property damage matters involving automobile accidents, premises liability and first-party claims.

Mr. Preato is a respected member of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Prior to joining Penino & Moynihan, Mr. Preato worked as an associate at a firm in Connecticut, handling commercial and business litigation matters involving commercial contracts, the Uniform Commercial Code, the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, MGL c. 93A, and the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act.
